Change for fit

Change for Fit was born out of a personal quest for better health, fitness and energy. Few years ago, I was over 80 kgs, short on breath a lot and with frequent knee pain. 

When my doctor declared I needed knee surgery for an ACL tear, I knew I had to work on my health. I did not get the surgery. I approached my ayurvedic doctor for help with the knee. And parallelly I started a 100 day Paleo program. I pushed myself to focus on myself – this meant setting aside dedicated time for exercise, streamlining my eating habits and bringing consistency to my sleep routine.

It worked! I lost the weight and gained a new perspective on fitness and how to achieve it in a sustainable manner. And this is the knowledge I started sharing through Change For Fit – how to achieve fitness and health through means that are easy and effective.

I have taken diet course from Rekha madam (90 days plan). Before the course i was having 99.3kg , after the course i reduced 8.3kg .The course was very natural , only adjusted the food intake with nutrition based ingredients and no artificial substances are included. The diet is easy to follow and with regular walking and exercise it is giving good results. Thanks to Rekha ji madam for providing flexible diet plan and assisting through the program.

I have taken 100 days challenge as per the guidance from Rekha madam. I have reduced 8 kgs at the end by following the diet and exercise/walking as per instructions given by Rekha madam.The diet was very simple , easy to adapt as it inculded only the normal foods, vegies and fruits which I eat on normal basis.
